Overall, this is a good company, but I did not have the best experience with their customer service. They get 5 stars for their products. I had 2 jobs with them (a new roof and siding for one side of my house due to storm damage). I signed a contract in May 2022 and my roof was completed in early July 2022. Again, 5 stars for the roofing project and crew! I signed the same contract for my siding in May 2022, but the siding didn’t get done until January 2023! This is where this company lost points. My project manager basically lied about his ability to handle the project and what he “did” to move this project along. He didn’t do anything. He lied about sending my siding in for the test match. He lied and said he would call back numerous times. Honestly, the only reason why this project got done was because I had to be an advocate for myself. I gave him grace and understanding for what he was dealing with. I constantly asked if someone else could handle the project and he said he would handle it until he just stopped responding. And no, I was not an annoying customer. I didn’t call every day or every week. I gave this man space to do his job and he didn’t deliver. I even asked if I should pay when the roof was done and he said no. I don’t like to owe people. At that point, I was over it, but I only stayed with this company because I didn’t want to start from scratch with another company. This was an insurance claim…guaranteed money. Mind you, I’m a busy woman with kids, a home, and full-time job that I had to constantly spend hours of time working to make this happen. One would think that I worked there with all of the time I dedicated to seeing this through. I asked for the Regional Manager (the next step up) to make this work. Josh was wonderful! He made it happen, but had to start over where the original Project Manager failed miserably. Siding was finally tested and a match was found. Then I had to wait for the siding to come in (over a month). Finally, 8 months later it was done!!! Yes, 8 months…I went through seasons for a simple siding job. I give 5 stars for the actual siding job and crew (Randy was great), but overall this company gets a 3 for the agony I had to go through. There should be a plan in place to continue business when someone can’t or fails to do their job. I’m sure the company will write a nice little message under my review about my concerns. I’ve already reached out to the owner months ago to express my concerns via email…he never replied. I also shared with others in the company that they wouldn’t get the best review…so they were aware that this was coming and cannot deny what I went through. Just be an advocate for yourself. If they don’t follow-up ask to work with someone else. I’d still recommend this company and work with them again, just never with my original Project Manager. I didn’t receive the 5 star service that you promise. I chose this company because of the great reviews and I’m happy that others had a great experience. I just wish I could’ve had the same.

Ridge Top replaced corner trim, fascia, gutters and downspouts. The strength of this company is their employees especially Joe Andrews, Scott, and the installation teams. The communication, hard and efficient work attitude and follow up are top notch. Problems were noted, communicated and fixed. Thank you.

Jon, from Ridge Top Exteriors was very professional and prompt in regards to our roofing needs. We had missing shingles from a wind storm. Not only did he replace the shingles, he did a full inspection of the entire roof and found several other areas that needed attention that I was not aware of. Thank you very much. We are amazed by how terrible the experience was. Our project consisted of chimney repair, roof replacement, soffit and facia replacement and gutter replacement.1-Abbie quoted us a project completion date of late September when we signed the contract in August. The project was completed in December and we had to pursue them for communication as to when the phases would be completed. At the end a project manager told us Abbie repeatedly gives inaccurate time estimates to get the jobs and customers are often irate.2. Our roofing project was rescheduled twice and the project manager conveyed the impression that our project was not big enough to be a scheduling priority. The material was not delivered yet the roofing crew showed up and ripped our roof off without the materials to install. The wrong shingles were ordered and almost put on until we corrected the mistake. Where the portion of the roof needed roll on rubber, they over sprayed tar on our siding.3. The soffit and facia project was rescheduled twice due to the crew ghosting Ridgetop for the first appointment. We were not contacted the day of at all and once again had to pursue a company for updates. Once the crew did show up, they left all the garbage in our yard which they were required to move. The crew also damaged our storm doors in front and back.It took an email with a politely veiled threat of contacting my lawyer before we heard from someone other than Abbie. Some concessions were made however that is a mute point. Our project was in total 16,000 dollars and we should not have had to deal with any of those issues. Do not trust this company with your home.

It was a pleasure to work with John. John was very knowledgeable, professional, and punctual. John provided multiple updates on his arrival time prior to arriving to my home. John showed that he was very knowledgeable by identifying the problem quickly. Not only did John communicate what the issue was but he also took pictures to give me a visual so I could see what the issue was. In the future, when needed, I will definitely be reaching out to John again.

I used Ridge Top to re-side my entire house and garage as well as add some venting to my roof. I went with them because they had high ratings, a good estimate and seemed to be very responsive in the beginning. The initial sales person mentioned that they were extremely busy and lead time would be 10-12 weeks, which I had no issue with. Once the project was set to begin, the crew was running a few days behind, which was not a huge deal (it happens), but it turned into a rush job with very poor communication. The crew was able to remove and replace all of the siding in one day, but work was definitely rushed and I feel that the crew had no regard for my property or the work they were doing. The awning over my side door was replaced so low that I couldn't open the side door completely, the light on my garage wasn't properly reset, the electrical outlets on the garage and back of my house weren't re-secured properly, two of my window screens were ripped, caulking around the windows and doors was done sloppily (if at all) - the list goes on. I asked about permits for the work and no one could give me a definitive answer. I kept getting a "no news is good news" response or no response at all (after asking 3 people within the company). When I asked when a crew could come back to fix the work, I was told by the project manager that Juan would be coming out in the afternoon. Later that afternoon, two younger men were in my yard fixing something on the garage (one of them was wearing an Infinity Roofing shirt). I asked which one of them was Juan and turns out, neither of them was Juan, but Juan sent them? It seemed like the repairs after the project just became a huge game of telephone and at the end, there were still things that did not get fixed. I had high hopes for Ridge Top but feel they are likely over extending themselves and getting jobs done fast which results in poor work product and communication. I'll definitely look to other companies when I need any other work done.

Ridge top was awesome when I needed a second opinion on my dormer roofing and siding issues. I went with ridge top for siding, but they also assisted me when communicating with roofing contractor when further issues were discovered. Joe and Mike worked together to solve my issues, I was very satisfied with the outcome. I would recommend them for quality of service and support.

I have dealt with many contractors over the years as a former landlord, and with my own homes. Ridge Top Exteriors is by far in my top three professional, trustworthy, and customer service driven businesses. My first contact was with Nate (turns out we had a connection from years ago). My second was with the roof installation team. My third with Nick who installed the gutter guards. Everyone went the extra mile with a smile. Nate was always responsive and provided follow-up. He has solid knowledge of the industry and the products. The installation team was amazing - tear off and install in one day. Their clean-up afterwards? It was spotless - no damage to my landscaping, not a nail to be found. It was like the new roof just appeared. Last but not least, Nick did the gutter guard installation and he more than went the extra mile with cleaning the gutters, even on the half of the house that I didn't put the guards on. I don't leave online reviews, but in this case I am making an exception. I highly recommend Ridge Top Exteriors! They obviously live up to their reputation!

Abbie called me for our scheduled quote she would be late because she needed an oil change. Ok... No worries but then when she finally arrived after 15 minutes she left for an "emergency" texted me she would be back later that day. She then texted me she was home late from her last appointment blah blah blah.. The following day she texted me she would be by to finish my quote and my response was no need to. Poor management of her time as well as me as the customer. We went with another company that made us feel comfortable in our roof, siding, and gutters project. I did share my thoughts with the emailed survey I received but the manage never replied.

don't buy into their sales pitch of this price is for the worst case scenario. They told us our price was high so if there were more problems they wouldn't have to go back and ask for more money from the finance company. In our contract it stated that they would tear off back to the rafters re-deck and so on. long story short they charged me the worst case scenario and I don't have brand new decking they overlaid new wood over our old wood. My big concern is that if they did this to us we know they are doing this to other homeowners. Not sure how honest this company is. The original guy who was our sales person is no longer there so everything is done with others who are going off of what they think. If there was better communication and we had all new decking I don't think we would have any issues. Hope we can resolve this situation soon!

Had a crazy full day rainstorm which caused some slight leaking in our very old house. We had new soffits and siding installed and were absolutely satisfied. From Abbie with her professional presentation to Joe with his supervision as the installation progressed. It was fascinating during Abbie's presentation with a computer program on her tablet showing us different angles of our house with all the options and colors so that we can make an educated decision. The crew that worked on the installation were very professional and seemed to work very well together. I have had contractors previously for other projects that half the crew would work and the other half visited with one another. Not Ridge Tops crew, thank you for a job well done and you can bet that we will use Ridge Top for future projects as they come up.

The rep we initially spoke to followed up to see if we were interested in working with ridgetop but we had decided to use another roofer. When I told him this, instead of just accepting that, he proceeded to argue that we didn't give him an adequate chance. Might be true but seriously, you win some, you lose some. Add on the fact that they have plenty of signs in our subdivision but have yet to see anyone actually getting their roof replaced I question when they would have actually been able to do the work. I already have material delivered and a will have a new roof next week. I spoke to a neighbor who is using ridgetop and they had no idea when their roof work will when start.

Abbie, Randy, and Tre did a fantastic job start to finish. If any issues came up they handled it like pros. My whole house exterior was replaced due to hail storm. I also upgraded my garage and installed a 9ft door to open up to my 500sq ft raised deck off the back of the house. Real happy.

I first got a quote from Ridge Top 3 years ago for new roof, soffits, and gutters. I got quotes from other companies, but I was most impressed with Ben's manner and honest advice on my project. This year I decided it was time. Ben is still with the company and revised the quote after verifying details. It wasn't much more than it was 3 years ago and I went ahead. Yesterday my roof was installed and I can't say enough great things about the project manager John. Excellent communication throughout the day and he was present during the wrap-up at the end of the day. He even came the next day and did finishing touches and final inspection himself. The installers did a wonderful job and everyone I have dealt with in the process has been professional and helpful. They will be doing soffits and gutters/downspouts in the coming days and I am confident my home will look beautiful and be protected from the elements. Highly recommend Ridge Top and will use them for other needs in the future!

We used Rige Top Exteriors to replace our roof. Jason was great to work with! We told him what we needed, he made suggestions and it was a total meeting of the minds!! The crew was awesome (started around 7:30 am and done by 2 pm!!) They were very professional, worked efficently and made sure all debris was cleaned up when they completed the roof installation 🙂 Luke, the expiditer, was wonderful to work as well. He was in communication regularly as the weather changed to SNOW (it's Wisconsin after all), so installation date had to change.I would HIGHLY recommend RIdge Top Exteriors for your roofing needs!!!

Ridge Top was an assigned contractor by my home warranty company. Many times I’ve found the assigned contractors barely adequate, but this was a pleasant surprise. I made my request on a Friday afternoon, not expecting to even be scheduled until Monday for a roof leak. I was shocked to get a call only a few hours later. The person I worked with, John S., seemed knowledgeable and was able to come out the next day, on a Saturday. He was very easy to communicate with and quickly was in and out, easily diagnosing and fixing my problem. I felt he went above and beyond to fix the problem and keep it under my warranty, saving me money. It was not a huge problem or project, but I would not hesitate to use this company again or refer to them based on my experience.

Scott came out afterwards and addressed any concerns I had. We walked around my home to inspect everything and Scott answered all of my questions. Ridge Top Exteriors installed a new two level roof with designer shingles on my home in May of 2017. Everything from the initial discussions to the final walk around inspection went very well. The installation crew was hard working and very competent. Jeff Anderson managed the overall installation and was often on site. The preparation work and installation was done very carefully. The crew even used a powerful magnetic pickup device to locate and remove every last nail near my home. The roof looks great and I fully expect it to last 50 years. Many thanks to Ridge Top Exteriors and to Jeff Anderson and his crew for the great job.
Our experience with Ridgetop Exteriors was excellent, beginning to end. The agent/contractor, Ron, came promptly for the estimate to completely re-roof our house, he listened carefully to what we wanted, provided key information about what was needed, and gave us a written estimate printed on the spot. His was the third of five estimates. The result was that we up-graded to ridge-top vents and a higher quality shingle, and he revised the estimate. He returned promptly for us to sign the contract and schedule the job.
We choose Rooftop because the bid was very competitive (not the highest or lowest), the job could be scheduled within a month, and because the agent/contractor was no-nonsense, straight-forward guy.
The re-roofing was done on schedule and on-time. The crew was hard-working and outstanding. The care to install three new skylights with flashing kits was appreciated. The cleanup of the yard afterwards was excellent – virtually no bits of shingle or nails, etc. Two extremely heavy rains in the month since show that Ridgetop did a great job. Thanks.

Very well. Rick, Jay and Michael were a pleasure to have at our house. They worked hard and well and had many good ideas for the choices we had to make such as where to put the rebuilt steps. They reused as much wood as they could and the final cost was very close to the estimate made by Jim. Rick Lewin, the carpenter, demonstrated outstanding ownership for the quality of the work and for resolving any issues.

Someone from Ridge Top came over gratis to look at the issue from multiple angles & suggest a range of possible responses. Since the roof was close to the end of its expected life expectancy, we opted for replacement (and enhanced ventilation).
The work stayed on schedule. The supervisor and I walked the roof after the old roofing had been torn off; I was impressed that he marked fewer plywood sheets for replacement than I might have. Excellent cleanup. As part of the project we got gutter covers, and have been happy with the results. We’ll look to Ridge Top first when we look at window replacement.
Ridge Top sided and insulated my home. They did a great job, and what I particularly liked was the trim job. They paid attention to the edges of the home, which I did with a complimentary color. It looks very sharp! They did a careful trim job around the top of my garage door. It’s the attention to the little details that I particularly appreciated. The sales person was nice and explained everything and, in particular, their “finisher” who made sure the trim jobs were done was top notch!
